If you are a client and you purchase a package of calls, The Trusted Journey will not provide a refund for any of those calls, outside of circumstances listed in the Counselling Agreement ('The Agreement' ) that you are required to sign before starting. If your purchase for this product is a one-time upfront payment that cannot be refunded. It is your personal responsibility to book or reschedule the calls according to the policy in 'The Agreement'  and use every call in your package.
